Modern Slavery
and Human Trafficking Policy
Purpose
To set our responsibilities, and of those working for and on our behalf of, GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies in observing and upholding our position on modern slavery, forced labour, child labour and human trafficking.
Statement
GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies is firmly committed to protecting individuals from the exploitations of illegal labour practices, such as child labour, forced labour, slavery, and human trafficking; such practices are not tolerated by GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies and are strictly prohibited in all forms.
GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies holds itself accountable to the highest ethical standards and complies with and exceeds all relevant and applicable local and international laws pertaining to illegal labour practices. In doing so, GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies never knowingly contracts with or carries on a business relationship with any organization or employer that does not adhere to the same standards or is in violation of any relevant or applicable labour laws.
Application
This policy applies to all persons working for GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies, or on our behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, suppliers, contract employees, volunteers and interns, where applicable.
Compliance
GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies continually monitors its own employment practices and those of its partners, vendors, suppliers, and all others conducting business on behalf of the organization in order to ensure compliance with ethical employment standards and protocols. In order to ensure compliance with the standards of this policy, GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies audits its own employment practices, as well as those of companies the organization contracts with or maintains a business relationship with, at least annually.
Employees are educated to inform them about the harm that illegal labour practices can cause, as well as provide the information and guidance necessary to notice or determine whether illegal labour is used at any point in a supply chain.

GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies is committed to maintaining a fair and ethical workplace for all our staff. In addition to educating employees and auditing employment practices, the following practices are in place to reduce associated risks and prevent illegal labour from taking place in any part of GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies business or supply chains:

Reporting and Remedial Action
We aim to encourage open communication and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken. All real or suspected instances of noncompliance with this policy must be reported to the CEO and Human Resources immediately. Human Resources investigates all reports and addresses them based on findings of fact. Human Resources will complete a thorough investigation as soon as possible.
The company takes all measures to prevent any disclosure or breaches in confidentiality during the investigation process, unless the disclosure is required for taking corrective action, or by law.
Where a supplier, vendor, or contractor is found to be in violation of this policy, GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies takes prompt remedial action in order to address the violation. Remedial measures may include termination of the business contract with the organization that committed the violation.
Annual Entity Reporting
GOINTEGRATED Group of Companies, has by way of Bill S-211, Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (“the Modern Slavery Act”) identifies as an entity for reporting purposes and will in compliance with the Act submit to the Government of Canada, annual reports.
